Export Process

I. Consulting

For those who want to move to or from abroad, please call National Customer Service Hotline of Wholekye at 021-65755456, and our sale professionals will come to serve you for free.

II. Entrusting, packing

 

Upon confirmation of our service, Wholekye will sign contract with you a week in advance

Our workers will choose suitable packing materials and methods based on the shape and volume of articles to provide the most proper and safest packing. At the same time, we will have professional supervisor at the site to communicate with you, prepare list of articles, and check actual number of packages and volumes, while you are required to complete the letter of authorization and sign customs documents and entrustment for insurance declaration.

 

III. Customs declaration, booking shipment

 

Wholekye’s professional shipping operator will handle customs declaration and inspection for your personal effects at port of loading and arrange booking of shipping space based on the certificates and detailed lists provided by you. Generally three days after the ship departs, the shipping company will issue ocean bill of lading, and inform you of the telex release bill of lading and bill by confirmation e-mail, upon confirmation of which you may remit the payment to the account designated by Wholekye in full.

 

IV. Customs clearance, delivery

 

The sales person for you will track the goods throughout the transportation, and will contact with you immediately after the goods arrive at port of destination.If you choose door-to-door services, the foreign agent that has long-term cooperation with us will, after the goods arrive at port of destination, arrange D/O release and customs clearance based on the materials we have provided. Upon completion of customs clearance, the foreign agent will deliver the goods to your home at appointed delivery time, help you with unpacking, simple installation and putting everything in place, and take away the debris.

 

V. Feedback, after-sales

Upon conclusion of delivery service by the agent, sales person of Wholekye will contact with you by e-mail to know you satisfaction to our whole course of service. Your feedback is the basis for us to make constant improvement. If you purchase Wholekye’s insurance service, Wholekye will assist you handling insurance claims in case of any damage or loss to goods within 45 days upon receipt of goods.
